Equipment:

ATC – Automatic Tools Change – TCS Version

ATCenables automatic change of the upper tool that allows automatic operation during long period of time. This function also enables machine’s automatic reorientation during bending cycle.

CLL for ATC – reverse bending sequence

In the standard bending cycle, detail’s short sides are bent as the first ones, while longer sides are bent subsequently. CLL is able to reverse this sequence and start bending procedure from the longer side. CLL operates through creation of two gaps in the upper tool. These slits might be symmetrical or asymmetrical depending on needs and element’s complication level.

ASP 2 - 2 dodatkowe, krótkie ostrza gnące (2 niezależnie programowane osie)

ASP2 – 2 additional, short bending blades (2 individually programmed axes) ASP enables easy assembly of special tools demanded for special production process. The so-called “short bending blades” might come useful while bending details that demand partial bending, not necessarily in the same bending line. Using this options we can perform both negative bending (downwards) and positive bending (upwards). ASP may be activated automatically or deactivated during bending cycle. Positioning is executed by programmed axes.

CNC IEU – integrated engraving unit

Integrated Engraving Unit is a tool constructed as a forming roll. It is used for execution of a groove (cutting) in the metal sheet in order to facilitate subsequent bending operations along the cut line. IEU comes very useful while bending closed profiles. AUT – Additional Upper Tool. AUT changes upper tool by lowering additional special tool below standard segments of upper tools. AUT is essential when a line of negative bending that must be accomplished is covered by previously bent profile. This option is also helpful for executing components that demand bending of long radii or for closed profiles.
