Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are proud to inform that we have implemented a complete new technology into our cooperation offer – thermoforming technology of plates made of thermoplastic plastics. Thanks to purchase of thermoforming machine we are able to form plated made of ABS, PMMA, PVC, POLYSTYRENE, etc. of thickness up to 6 mm (depending on plastics type). Plate’s maximum dimensions are 2000 x 1000 mm, while maximum thermoforming dimension is 1940 x 940 x 500 mm (depending on form’s shape). Shape of formed element depends on form’s shape. We are able to prepare a form on a light planner mill that has a spindle with 24 000 rev./min. and 7 kW power with automatic tools change. Working area of 3000 x 1500 x 300 allows us to prepare large forms of complicated 3D shapes. We use Solid Edge software to design forms and Sprutcam 3D software to prepare technological programs.
The appliance allows machining of aluminium, wood, plywood, MDF, HDF, stone, plastics, etc. We are able to engrave inscriptions, graphics, bas-reliefs, data plates, advertising and occasional boards, self-adhesive films. More of our technological abilities.
